Schedule Changes & Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any schedule changes, cancellations, or rescheduling.

Please Note:
• Same-day changes or cancellations are NOT permitted.
• Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit or prepaid session.
• No-shows or failure to notify will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Non-Refundable Policy

All deposits, prepayments, and paid sessions are non-refundable—no exceptions.

This includes:
• Deposits for in-office and mobile services
• Prepaid session packages (3 or 10 sessions)
• Same-day bookings or appointments canceled/rescheduled outside the allowed window
